unfriendly stafflimited choices
I found the staff to be unfriendly and not very helpful. The breakfast choices were VERY limited. Water service was interrupted for a day and there was no compensation for the inconvenience.

the breakfast included a varied selection.
The room's air conditioning was subpar. it struggled to cool the space effectively, i found this quite bothersome. the shower was also not great. Water pressure fluctuated considerably. the poor water pressure made showering unpleasant.
